“There’s always room for improvement”. They have a huge selection of newborn - toddler stuff. Great product and brands. Special Sales on specific brands. Customer care and service is great. 💯

An impressive store with a wide variety of items relating to babies, maternity, and other such things. The prices are affordable, while the products remain classy. The interior is clean, the staff seemed friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing. It was basically perfect

Store is nice shame the staff are so snooty and rude. Honestly not sure who they think they're talking to like they're our managers or something. I'm a customer don't be rude when your silly lift does not work it isn't the customers fault, what kind of lift do you hold the button to go up and down. Far too many of them doing nothing, we worked out how to fold and unfold a pram ourselves whilst 3 of them had a conversation and one of them stared at a pram, very odd.

We went into mamas and papas to look at all the prams. Was pretty clueless as new to the parenting world but Aimee was amazing at helping us find the right pram. From asking what kind of walks we’d be going on to make sure the pram wheels were suitable to then demonstrating how to fold it and pop the different attachments on etc. Nothing was ever an issue Thank you Aimee

I booked a personal shopper to help decide on a travel system. Our personal shopper was Edwina - who I can’t recommend enough. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions regarding the travel system I wanted. She was also fab with my rather excited daughter - and made her feel included in the whole decision making process - I would definitely recommend booking a personal shopper, moreover I would recommend Edwina!

Visited tonight at 16:45, the store closes at 17:00, the doors were locked. The staff looked at us but walked past. Annoying because we knew (and could see) what we needed and there were other shoppers browsing in there. I understand wanting to get closed on time, but this was just rude. You’re either open until 5pm or not.

We went to this store today for a personal shopping experience and it was wonderful. They have an amazing range of products, we were focused on a Pushchair and they have so many different brands, ranges and colour options. They even have a backseat of a car set up to demonstrate how the carseats work. I would recommend Mamas & Papas Nottingham in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the experience & we will definitely come back in the future.

Purchased a full bedroom set for our expected. Was told we could pick a date in store for delivery only then to receive and email 2 days before that the delivery is a delayed by 3 weeks and even then its a rough estimate. Now have to change plans with work to be in to receive this delivery. this is extremely in convenient and poor customer service
